Love and two worlds


 We, the hopeless romantic people hope to meet the man/woman of our dreams someday and fall in love with them. But what if someone literally falls for the man/woman of their dreams?
A girl who has her head buried in fantasies and cliches meets her soul mate in her dreams. But what happens when her dream world clashes with reality? Can they ever merge into each others' world and become one? Does love really have no boundaries?

  Have you ever wondered why you encounter  the question "what do you do?" more than "how do you do? " (Maybe an Indian thing of poking one's nose into another's life). If you are a married woman and a mother at that, you will get this question more often. I have been fiddling with this  question for so many years now until one day the realization finally dawned upon me.  It is hard to keep up with the societal standards. It is harder to meet people's expectation about you. Are we the darkness?

Are we the darkness shrouding the entire world? dragging it on with a harness; violently thrashed and hurled. What we claim to have created has been tilted and tossed, our priorities still unsorted, deadly lines we have crossed. Now we are too broke to undo the menace we have unclasped; No roads to salvation with the curses we have grasped. And we weep for ourselves  and worry for what time beholds. Flipping the pages of my old crumbled notebook I found those scrawny jokers embellishing my crabbed hand resurrecting old memories in my mind. We were best friends; perhaps born 'besties' "Un-goggled" nerds shouting out answers From the back bench; pushed to the corner By a fatso, engulfing two third of the area -a loner.
